Heather M. Reynolds, Ed.M., Ph.D. is a Professor of Teacher Education at SUNY Empire State University in Saratoga Springs, NY where she has worked for 16 years as a teacher and researcher focused on creating safe, engaging, and welcoming school/classroom environments. 

Her extensive peer reviewed publications and presentations have addressed school and community violence prevention as well as best practices for teacher education.
